Foxconn is developing RPQN series 5G NR Radio Units (O-RU) which are fully compliant to O-RAN Alliance standards. The devices are compact, lightweight, easy to install, and provide optimal coverage for indoor applications. The indoor radio RPQN series is O-RAN split 7.2x compliant and supports local management access and m-plane: SSH, YANG models and Netconf/SFTP. RPQN radios support 4 data layers for total throughput up to 1.6 Gbps. The radio is 4T4R with 250 mW transmit power per port, 5dBi Antenna Gain, in a compact IP30 rated enclosure, and with less than 55 Watts of power consumption. ? RPQN series small cell radios are available in 5G NR Bands n79, n78, n77 and n48. The design has completed the extensive 3GPP and O-RAN compliance testing and is certified in most major regions for CE, FCC, TELEC and NCC (Taiwan).
